At Glow Street, we know you can’t wait to glow — that’s why we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Where We Ship

We currently ship New Zealand-wide. International shipping may be available in the future.

Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is on its way.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. Longer for rural.
• Please note these are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or events outside our control.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are a NZ wide flat rate of $8.
• Any applicable taxes, customs, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your Glow Street goodies all the way to your door.

Risk & Responsibility

• Once your order leaves our warehouse, title and risk of loss passes to you.
• We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
