At Glow Street, we believe that choosing a self-tan should feel effortless — not risky. That’s why we’re proud to offer our Glow Guarantee: try your tan completely risk-free and love your glow.

Our Glow Guarantee

We know how frustrating it can be to buy a tan that doesn’t deliver. That’s why if, after 1–2 applications, you feel your Glow Street product isn’t for you, we’ll refund the full purchase price of your tan solution.

Please note: 

  • Any accessories included with a bundle (mitts, applicators, or other tools) are not included in the refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

How to Claim the Glow Guarantee.

  1. To claim your Glow Guarantee or request a refund:
  2. Contact us at hello@glowstreettan.com within 14 days of trying your product.
  3. Include your order number and let us know which product you’re requesting a refund for.
  4. Send the product back to us at the provided address.
  5. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed via your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@glowstreettan.com.
  • Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs if applicable.

General Returns

  • Items purchased directly from Glow Street may be returned unopened and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
  • Accessories included in a bundle are not eligible for refund.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or damaged.
  • Refunds apply only to items purchased directly from Glow Street.
